We were extremely satisfied with the advice, project management, on-site implementation and adherence to deadlines provided by enerix Offenburg and are happy to recommend this provider of photovoltaic and modern energy solutions to others.
Details: We had obtained information in advance from several local and national providers about various technical solutions for photovoltaic systems including energy storage and had the relevant systems offered to us. We then opted for a system with 10 kW peak output, 9.3 kWh energy storage, energy manager and backup power switching with black start capability from Fenecon (Fenecon Home 10) from enerix. The decision criteria for us were the state-of-the-art technical solution from the German supplier Fenecon, the future-proof and flexible EMS on an open-source basis and the best price-performance ratio of enerix compared to all other offers. In addition, we were immediately impressed by the enerix concept with supra-regional marketing, purchasing, hotline, etc. but on-site implementation by local specialist companies.
The personal advice in the sales talks and the support during the project implementation by Mr. Haas and his employees were great. We were kept informed about the project status and upcoming deadlines at all times. Coordination with the energy supply company also worked quickly, so that there were only 11 weeks between us placing the order and acceptance of the system by the energy supply company, despite the tradesmen's vacations.
In the meantime, the system has been running for almost 4 weeks without any problems with a self-sufficiency of approx. 90% including supplying the electric car and despite the rather bad weather.

Unfortunately, the storage tank arrived much later, but in this day and age, you can't blame the executing company for delivery times. However, we were always kept up to date.
