The implementation of the project worked extremely well without any major difficulties.

We didn't take the decision lightly and informed ourselves through many channels. We were already well looked after by Enerix Rosenheim at this stage, and I particularly liked the unobtrusive and honest advice (we definitely felt that way).
Although enerix was not the cheapest provider, we decided to buy from them. The reasons were: The security provided by the provider's good reputation (payment conditions!!! See more below), the good advice, the reasonable price for the quality components.
The project was then completed quickly and in a structured manner and everything is now running smoothly.
What particularly struck us: In contrast to ALL other providers, enerix did NOT (!) ask us for a down payment and issued the first partial invoice (60%) when the fitters were already on the roof and all components had already been delivered.
This was important to us, as we are now hearing more and more often about providers who do not finish building after high down payments.

Overall project management absolutely not recommended. Project manager was never seen on site, we were very disappointed professionally.
After payment of the invoice (approx. €50k, no individual item evaluation), virtually no support. Inquiries are answered after a long wait, if at all. I find the good assessment on the Internet very strange, as we cannot understand it. I am very disappointed with Enerix.

My system with 20kWp, home storage, wallbox and backup power AC island with components from the company "sonnen" was implemented by enerix Rosenheim in March 2023. The planning for this began as early as 2022. During this time, enerix patiently discussed possible configurations with me several times until we finally agreed on this solution, which is what it became. Even during the waiting period until the planned start of the work, enerix always stayed in contact with me and kept me actively informed about the current situation.

When the work started, I basically didn't have to worry about anything. The delivery dates for the individual components were agreed with me in advance and arrived on time.
The work went quickly and the system was initially ready for use within a few days.
However, it turned out that there was a persistent problem with the emergency power supply, which required numerous attempts before it was finally resolved.

I would like to emphasize here that I did not have to run after enerix, as is sometimes the case with trade companies. No, they stayed on the ball independently and pulled out all the stops to solve the problem. The contact with Mr. Hujber and Mixl was extremely friendly and appreciative throughout. Here enerix has shown what customer orientation means. I am completely satisfied with the work and support from enerix.

The only fly in the ointment - and it's not enerix's fault - is the sonnen wallbox in the overall package. Although this is a premium product branded with sonnen (at a premium price), it has unfortunately been so "crippled" by sonnen that it can do no more than any other cheap product.
Contact with sonnen is generally difficult. It is a pity that sonnen does not learn anything from its competent local specialist partners.

Conclusion: A clear recommendation from me for enerix.

I would like to thank your team, and especially Mr. Mixl, for the excellent advice and processing. The PV system was implemented on schedule. The PV system with inverter and storage was installed very quickly by the team and the electricians. All work was done professionally and to my complete satisfaction.

Not the cheapest offer, but in view of the interesting technical solution, photovoltaic system absolutely fair in price. If quality and advice are important to you, you should definitely take the time to talk to Enerix Rosenheim. I can assure you that you are in good hands here and that they will not try to force a system on you with a crowbar. We had a very good experience, only the execution of the system we would have liked a little faster. However, we were told from the beginning that it could take up to 6 months.

Very positive experience: callback initially took a while, but then very binding, competent advice. The offer was solid, so that we ultimately decided in favor of enerix, despite the announced and possibly quite long implementation period due to delivery bottlenecks. It has now ultimately taken about 5 months, but we are satisfied with the customized solution that we wanted.
