Recommendation
After the decision to purchase a PV system was made, the reviews led me to Enerix in Sulzbach! The system has now been installed and we have not regretted our decision. From the initial contact with Mr. Nüssgen to the preparation of the quotation and consultation through to the installation, Enerix is highly recommended. We are now waiting for the new meter so that the system is finally complete.
Finally, a big thank you to the Enerix team, who always answered our questions immediately in a friendly and competent manner! That's what you want!

Recommendation
After hearing about many negative experiences from friends, I was pleased when my son told me about Enerix. As he had purchased a solar system from this company and was very satisfied, I contacted Enerix in Sulzbach. By chance, I got in touch with Mr. Nuessgen, with whom the interpersonal chemistry was right from the start, which I personally consider to be very important. To make a long story short: He looked after the property from
from the beginning to completion. Small problems were solved immediately. The system has now been in operation for six months. It is running smoothly and producing electricity as required.
Many thanks again to the entire team.
P.s. I am in the process of recommending Enerix to friends with a clear conscience.

At some point, we made the decision to install a PV system including an electricity storage system and, after discussions with several providers, we finally decided on Enerix, based in Saarbrücken, which offered us a good price/performance ratio. We also had the best "gut feeling" here.
Mr. Nüssgen gave us very friendly and competent advice. Our questions and wishes were dealt with promptly and in a customer-oriented manner, both when coordinating the offer and during the subsequent implementation. All important steps and deadlines were agreed with us in good time and the agreed installation period was also adhered to.
We were always very well informed about the construction of the scaffolding, the installation of the PV modules, the storage system and the connection of the house electrics, and the craftsmen were very friendly and very informative.
We are very satisfied and can absolutely recommend Enerix Saarbrücken.

Recommendation
Before purchasing the PV system, I obtained many different offers and had several "consultants" on site, all of whom were ultimately "salespeople". No answers to technical questions and no competence.
Then came Mr. Groß... He was the first to listen, answered my questions, made suggestions, adapted the system perfectly and finally made a good offer.
The installation went quickly despite Corona and all queries and problems were resolved as quickly as possible.
I am very satisfied and can only recommend Enerix Saarbrücken!

I was very satisfied from the beginning. Fair offer, good advice, flexible implementation. Despite known delivery problems, the plant was completed faster than expected due to flexibility in the individual parts. And yet everything fits together great and runs wonderfully. All my questions were also answered and wishes taken into account. It is very pleasant to have all trades handled by a partner who can be contacted at any time, without having to organize 3 companies myself. Many thanks

I would have liked a personal briefing on the system and the app's. Unfortunately, I could not be there at the commissioning for professional reasons. A later briefing date would have been very advantageous and would have saved me some emails and long searches in the operating instructions. A personal briefing on a newly installed system should be standard in the future.

I found the quotation meeting difficult at first, as it was my first conversation about a PV system and I was still quite clueless. After further discussions with other service providers, Mr. Groß seemed to me to be the one who would act in the most customer-friendly way.

This was completely true during further conversations. Uncertainties were eliminated, changes were still included and implemented despite order confirmations.
Deadlines were met (1 day postponement due to bad weather - more than acceptable), extra requests were followed up and the system was explained very well during commissioning.

At enerix, everything comes from a single source and is uncomplicated.
All in all, absolutely recommendable - would order from enerix again at any time.
