Mr. Schliefer, the managing director of the Enerix franchise responsible for Krefeld, is a very competent expert. From the initial recording of my request for a PV system and battery storage to the handover of the documentation, everything was carried out very expertly and professionally. The house was measured by drone in order to determine the exact dimensions and prepare an accurate quote. This approach already gave us more confidence than other quotations that were prepared remotely using aerial photographs. As a result, smaller modules than those installed as standard resulted in a higher kWp output for us. The companies and employees involved (especially the colleague we used) were also very competent, and the work they carried out was very clean and visually appealing. Everyone was only satisfied when the work met their own high standards. Mr. Schliefer informed and lectured enthusiastically at all times on his subject of "alternative energies", I would recommend his Enerix franchise to other interested parties at any time.

The planning began with a non-binding, free quote. For this, the roof was measured using a drone and a two-hour consultation followed in which the individual requirements were discussed. Due to the shape of the roof, the planning was complex. By switching to smaller modules, however, the roof could now be optimally utilized and my subsequent request to add a few more modules on the north side was implemented immediately.
The costs were fixed and remained unchanged even after implementation. The delivery, installation and connection went smoothly and there was always good communication and accessibility. Even after the work was completed, someone was always quickly available to answer any questions. We feel that we are in very good hands and will be happy to recommend enerix Westlicher Niederrhein to others.

The initial consultation was excellent. The selection options and differences between several manufacturers were explained very competently. Communication was also very good for the most part. There were minor communication problems during the roof installation, as the three installers only spoke 1/6 German. As a result, communication took place via the head of the installers, who then acted as interpreter. Communication and further planning also broke down when the main boss fell ill, so it would have made sense to have a deputy in place.
Nevertheless, all the work was carried out properly and professionally and interim requests were also taken into account.
So super flexible.
During the planning phase, the manufacturer of the battery storage system had a special offer whereby a larger storage system was offered at the same price.
The offer was communicated to us directly and we were asked whether we wanted to accept it.
I have never experienced anything like this before, where such an offer was passed on directly and also communicated directly. Getting such an offer is of course luck, but thank you for it.
