Sleep coaching didn't help us personally. We booked a group coaching session. There were four online appointments, an average of 75 minutes per appointment. We discussed beforehand that I would not attend several appointments in person because the time didn't suit me. After Anne-Katrin assured me that it would be enough to listen to the coaching afterwards, I still wanted to give it a try. I have to say that in hindsight I felt differently. I was only able to attend the third appointment and my "case" was only really dealt with there. Which is of course logical, but I had hoped that things would work out differently. Even after the previous consultation. Then it felt like I didn't really learn anything new. I had already described on the phone what I had already tried, but in the end I just tried again and it didn't work out again. However, we had also done a lot of work on the subject of sleep beforehand, as we, or rather I, were in a really bad sleep situation. But the information I got for a lot of money was something I'd already looked up myself beforehand. We didn't get the insider tip we were hoping for. We really stuck with it and tried it for weeks, but nothing helped. But I also have to say that I would have been annoyed if I hadn't tried it. Unfortunately, it was a lot of money for nothing in the end. Weeks later, the only thing that helped us was weaning.
