The Master's training, which cannot be surpassed in terms of quality, competence and content, is the absolute BEST thing I have ever invested time and money in. What Rainer, with his soooooo intuitive wife Regina at his side, has set up here to make me an effective and sociable therapist and, above all, more and more a happy, satisfied and healthy woman in a fulfilling relationship, I owe above all to you, and also to my perseverance and the group. I am excited to see what path we will take together in the coming years. Dear Rainer, dear Regina, you are like the finest pistachio nougat, I can never get enough of that either ;-)

Once again a moving weekend with many valuable insights and experiences. It is always amazing what processes take place during this time and how sensitively and clearly Rainer and Regina lead the training weekends.
I was once again able to take away important guidance for myself. This is the best training ever - I am so glad that I decided to do it.

Is it a pleasure to relentlessly reveal my emotional entanglements in front of a group of people? Definitely not!

Am I fully aware of the extent to which past hurts are affecting me in the present? No!
Do I want to make decisions that are free of them? Certainly!
Did I know what to expect when I signed up for the Master with Rainer & Regina? Definitely not!
Does the ruthless honesty with which I am confronted with my issues scare the crap out of me? Yes!
Why am I doing this to myself?
Because the events of my past, or more precisely the evaluation of them and the persistence in them, are more painful than facing my issues and going into the process.
What happens in the process?
Nothing less than the defragmentation of my previous assumptions and evaluations. My constructs of how I explain the world to myself collapse. Much of what I thought was true turns out to be a delusion.
How does that feel?
Disturbing! Shameful, with a negative error culture.
What happens then?
Truthfulness!
The acceptance of what is.
A deep relief after the emotional chaos clears and everything is sorted where it belongs. An ease of being able to be with myself. Peace.
How does that happen?
By guiding and accompanying, leading without seducing, a no-frills straightforwardness with which I am guided to gain my own insights.
With a group in which I can recognize myself in the other person as what I am: a human being!
A person with experiences, with fears and with a deep longing to belong.

How wonderful that your personal journey through life has led to the creation of MET and that your expertise, joy in creating and present support have given me the opportunity to rediscover myself.

Another weekend full of important impulses for me, I'm still digesting ...
And again the experience, as after every Master, that the work in my practice becomes even easier, even more natural and even more fun.
The soulful moments when someone comes to their deep, deep pain and expresses it for the first time were particularly special ... a huge wave of touch that also set a lot in motion in me.
And this is ONLY possible in such a safe and growing group, which is led by Rainer and Regina in a stable and attentive way.
Confrontation, if necessary, is not excluded but, as in my case, extremely helpful! It works like a tap, once it is turned on, it can start flowing straight away.
