The Balance RehabClinic

Coming to The Balance was a last minute decision, I needed to go somewhere to feel better, and it definitely exceeded my expectations. I feel more present, more in touch with my body. Also, being able to separate what is going on in my mind, and deal with situations and triggering moments a lot better.
I loved working with the whole team. It was amazing to have such a range of different professionals and choice of activities. It has been a great way to try out new things and therapies that I would have otherwise never tried at home. Like acupuncture for example, I would have never tried it at home and now I really like it.
Also, I usually didn't like sports, an at The Balance I totally enjoyed it, which is big progress as well.
I very much appreciated how the team always tried to fulfill my needs, with the needed changes being very fast and smooth. Also, service and chefs have been perfect!
If I would have to give advice to a potential client, it would be to just come with an open mind, open to try new things. At first, I was hesitant with some of the therapies, but after trying them a few times, I ended up loving all of them!
After finishing my program at The Balance, I feel a lot friendlier towards my own thoughts, and I can deal in a much better way with triggers!
