Order and payment went quickly and smoothly. Then it took forever. Calling and writing didn't help. Until I realized that the order confirmation had the wrong phone number on it. With the right one it worked out fine. The supplier didn't have everything at first and offered me a partial delivery. But I didn't want that. And then they forgot about me. But another phone call clarified things and the goods arrived 2 days later. They apologized a thousand times. Who doesn't make a mistake? And then admits it. I've experienced completely different things. The goods are excellent. I'll order again. No points deducted despite forgetfulness. I'm sometimes forgetful and then happy when it's tolerated😉

Always reliable delivery, even during the Christmas period. Now international. Very good communication - also by phone.
Since I move a lot between countries, it didn't work once with the timely delivery in the Corona time (and more difficult delivery conditions). The money paid in advance was refunded within one day. We simply say THANK YOU Mr. Strelnikow and a healthy, happy and successful 2024.

I placed an order on 6.11.2023 and still have not received it as of today, 28.11.2023. That it will be delivered quickly is FALSE. I also called 4 times, but nobody got back to me, let alone called me back. After writing several emails, someone got back to me and regretted that they had overlooked this order. It was an order for over €100, which can happen once in a while, but. I was assured that this order would be re-ordered. Nothing happened and I contacted them again. Again they said, sorry, we will place a new order. Lo and behold, a partial delivery has arrived and the 12 jars of peppers are now suddenly out of stock and will arrive later. Neither an e-mail nor any information about the shipment. I have never seen such an unprofessional retailer.
