Now I am in the Healing coach training. Caro has an enormous amount of specialist knowledge and you learn a lot of facts and connections about how the body works. I did my first deto text with Caro in the online course in January 2022 and understood sooo much about myself. I realized where problems arise and that it's not normal. I lost weight, was completely de-stressed, simply healthy! And when I trained as a healing coach, it was clear that I wanted to do the same! With the mission of health, detoxification, pineal gland, shamanism...
Caro is a maximum heart power woman who absolutely understands what she is doing and passes on ALL her knowledge to people. Simply out of love! Love for people, love for nature, love for Pachamama, our Mother Earth.

Caro is a born retreat leader. She manages in an incomparable way to respond to individual needs with charm, wit and profession and keeps the group together. I am very grateful for the experiences and insights I was able to gain in connection with plant medicine and wish every single person out there to be held just as comfortably and lovingly. Caro's incredible knowledge and experience in conventional medicine, naturopathy, homeopathy, traditional herbal medicine and shamanic and spiritual influence make her and her treatment and therapy approaches soooo incredibly valuable!!!! You won't find anything like it anywhere else! This is not about treating a symptom - this is about getting to the root cause of the illness and empowering and taking responsibility for yourself. It's not just a physical healing process; it's holistic healing of body, mind and soul and a process where you first have to be able to hold the space for it. With Caro, I feel safe and held and, above all, seen and heard; everyone is seen and heard here. You can feel that she is living her absolute and true calling - her knowledge and skills are simply priceless! I could go on for hours and can only recommend to everyone - invest in yourself; you will simply be given a new life in return! This is pure transformation and healing on all levels! Simply amazing!

I am currently training to become a Helling Coach.
The course is very comprehensive and also covers the online marketing area. This sets it apart from many others. Caro simply knows what she is talking about. She puts her heart and soul into it and conveys the content of the training with so much holistic knowledge, humor and charm.
It's also great that we all do the detox together. She helps wherever she can.
