The only reason I didn't give Cognitive IT Solutions 5 stars is because the project took a little longer to complete than I expected. However, the end result was worth the wait.

From requirements to launch, Cognitive IT Solutions involved me as a prioritized stakeholder throughout the project. Their approach to handle conflicts and negotiate highly impressed me. The communication was smooth and they have a professional attitude to deliver project in a timely manner. The 3 months free maintenance period is an added opportunity to resolve any bugs or tweaks that may arise in a perfect manner. Highly recommended.
