Simply perfect. You are informed about everything, good service ... they do the most important things for you and are very helpful. They answer quickly. I've used other providers but none have helped me like this company. If you want to start an LLC every single penny is worth it.

If you decide to go with other providers for cheaper then be prepared to spend 1000€+ on lawyers if you don't want to have legal problems. With DeineLLC you don't need that (not that we're talking about the basics)

As a perpetual traveler, finding a compliance solution that allows me to maintain my lifestyle was essential. After extensive research, I discovered DeineLLC and arranged a free information call, which was promptly organized.

Compared to other providers, I ultimately chose DeineLLC. The key differentiator was the cost comparison and Oleg, who guided me through the entire process excellently. His responses were quick and helpful, making the experience smooth and reassuring.

DeineLLC offers a comprehensive package covering all necessary aspects. They provide support for LLC formation and all required information through Notion, which gives constant accessibility to documents and updates, which is another great feature.

Although I have not yet submitted any forms, the instructions and fill-out guides provided are clear, suggesting that I should not encounter any issues. The information in Notion is well-organized and supplemented with screenshots, making navigation straightforward.

In summary, I am very satisfied with my choice. Oleg’s assistance made the LLC formation process simple and quick. The price-performance ratio of DeineLLC's offering is the best I found compared to other providers, including well-known German agencies that charge high annual fees for US LLC formation and management.

The only cheaper option appears to be self-managing with a registered agent. However, DeineLLC has no hidden costs, and the ongoing LLC maintenance through their registered agents matches what one would pay annually for self-management.

They even provide you with super detailed instructions on how to fill in all legaly required documents at the end of the business year. They support you perfectly during the process of setting up you firm but also afterwarda, which is veey valuable and shows the quality of their service.

Very fair prices for the formation and management of LLCs!
I was previously with another well-known German-speaking agency that had very high annual fees for the formation and administration of US LLCs. After a year, I realized that my LLC didn't need a lot of administration and that I could do most of it myself.
I turned to deineLLC.de to apply for a new address for my LLC. They gave me very professional advice. Not with the aim of making a profit from me, but to find the most sensible solution for me. Oleg gave me honest advice and said that I didn't need their service for my case. Even though I am not currently a customer, I will always contact Oleg or deineLLC.de about my LLC in the future.

I had an LLC formed. That went very quickly. I got the documents the very next day. I think Wyoming is the fastest, that's why. Price could maybe be a little cheaper but other than that everything was ok. I got this EIN after a couple of weeks.
