Seit dem ersten Kontakt mit Epro fühlte ich mich sehr gut aufgehoben. Bei dem ersten Informationsgespräch wurden alle Informationen für meine Eltern und mich auf eine verständliche und vertrauensvolle Art dargelegt. Als der Prozess begann wurde ich gut auf die nächsten Schritte vorbereitet. Tutorials, sowie Schritt für Schritt Beschreibungen, helfen einem sich schnell zurechtzufinden und informieren darüber, was von einem verlangt wird. Zusätzlich stehen die Mitarbeiter einem bei jeder Frage zur Seite. Insgesamt kann ich Epro nur weiterempfehlen und wünsche dem Team für die Zukunft nur das Beste. :)

I had a great experience with Epro. Epro helped me find a university that fits my budget and supported me through the complex and tedious admission and visa process. There is no way I would have made it through this process without Epro's friendly and highly competent team in such a short amount of time. Moreover, Epro aided me in receiving an excellent scholarship. On top of that, the Epro team regularly reaches out to me during college and asks how I am doing. Furthermore, I met many people from the Epro 360 community, making great connections and friends. Overall, I would recommend Epro to anyone ready to commit to a new country and culture while having a unique and fantastic college experience with tremendous personal growth.

Besonders zufrieden war ich bei Epro 360 mit der engen Zusammenarbeit. Die Mitarbeiter die für einen Zuständig sind, geben einem ein sehr gutes Gefühl und man fühlt sich immer gut aufgehoben. Bei Fragen oder Problemen, waren sie immer für mich da und abgesehen davon durfte ich sie und andere epro Studenten auch privat und persönlich treffen und wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit zusammen. Danke für alles und ich hoffe, dass Epro 360 noch vielen Studenten dass ermöglichen wird, was sie mit ermöglicht haben.

I really like the idea of someone guiding you throughout the whole process (from research and application to requesting your visa). However, even Epro360 is not able to make oneself feel completely safe during the process. I, for example, still have the feeling that I’m missing certain things, just because there is this endless pole of information available. To really filter the most essential info out of it is what stresses me the most and made me miss some scholarship opportunities. Nevertheless, I have to admit that without Epro360 I wouldn’t have come so far and I’m really happy with the progress I’m making. :)

Epro 360 hat mir bei meiner Anmeldung an einer Amerikanischen Uni super geholfen. Jegliche Handgriffe wurden mir abgenommen und haben mir somit einiges erleichtert. Das Team ist super nett und man fühlt sich sehr aufgenommen in der Community.
