☺My experience with PDX renovations was a pleasant experience. After having a horrible previous experience with another company, I had serious doubts about going this route again.

Cody and Jackie were fabulous from the start. As time went on, everything was explained and any questions I had were just a phone call away.

I would recommend PDX Renovations and would use them again without hesitation.

From the first phone call, I felt I was dealing with people who wanted to help me. Scott was very personable and put me at ease. Cody came to look at the house the next day. We shook hands on an offer before he left. Jackie kept me informed with the progress and scheduled the inspections. I would definitely recommend PDX Renovations to anyone.

We discussed it, in the end it didn't work out, but through it all I felt Brad was very honest and professional. After his research on the property he told me I would do better by selling it through other means than what he could offer me. I was surprised by his forthrightness. overwhelm creeps in at the thought of packing things up as well as what will be given up. I was downsizing to RV living. So nothing really got started, When the opportunity came, the decision to sell the house was quick. I reached out to buyers not realizing the many responses I would get. The experience with the first few buyers that I spoke did not leave me positive about selling my house. My daughter talked me into calling at least one more which was PDX Renovations. First word to describe PDX is integrity. PDX truly is a company of their word. PDX always returned calls in a timely manner. Janelle is awesome because she was so patient and professional with me. PDX was fair in their offer because I had three other offers. Most importantly PDX stayed true to ""as is"". I will refer PDX to my colleagues and myself will use PDX when I want to sell another house.
