As a speaker, I have had the pleasure of working with numerous presenters over the years - but Frank clearly stands out for me. Even the preparation is convincing thanks to an intensive preliminary discussion and professional organization. His moderation itself is outstanding: from the precise, entertaining introduction to the confident handling of questions from the audience at the end - simply an all-round success. Working with Frank is always pleasant and enriching. I can recommend him without reservation and look forward to further joint projects!

As a speaker, I had to deal with Frank as a moderator. From the first contact, through the early and well-structured conversation to prepare the moderation and Q&A session to the actual moderation, Frank was super professional and gave you the impression that your own slot was the most important of the whole event. I have rarely experienced such a well-prepared moderator who is still able to react easily to unplanned changes.

Frank accompanied us for days as a moderator at a German and English-language conference and guided us professionally through the diverse program. He took the time to talk to each speaker personally about their presentation beforehand so that both parties could start the presentation optimally prepared. Thank you very much!

I experienced Frank Schmidt as a moderator at an Operational Excellence Forum. I was immediately impressed by his ability to present a summary of the changing content of each speaker on stage. Not only did he increase understanding, he also managed to build a bridge to the next speaker and his topic and anticipate the excitement. This was of course very valuable for everyone involved. The event felt entertaining and not, as is often the case, "overloaded" afterwards.

Many thanks to the motivator, moderator and wonderful explainer of new digital worlds. Yes, we know that the digital revolution has long since begun, and the effects cannot yet be predicted. But what needs to be done to successfully counter such developments? Looking at technical concepts alone is not enough. The focus must be on people in this transformation process. Frank Schmidt did this impressively for the unternehmerinnen forum niederrhein on this evening at looop. His message to us was: Don't be afraid of artificial intelligence! Recognize the risks, but see the opportunities. Put people at the center and be creative. Because when it comes to emotionality and creativity, humans are far superior to AI! Be creators - not digital victims! Ultimately, it's about creating an alliance of digital and human expertise. "Be creators - not digital victims" was my favorite saying of the evening! The topic of AI is not one that we should be thinking about in the near future, at the next planning phase, at the next strategy meeting. The time to be in the DUO is NOW! Frank Schmidt has given our network, the Unternehmerinnenforum Niederrhein, and other interested parties a lot to think about and used various examples to illustrate that there can be no opposition, only cooperation. The different types such as specialists and generalists and what is needed for a good team in times of change was also an "aha" moment for many. A set of rules for use and good expectation management is also indispensable! Hardly anything is currently being discussed as intensively as the interaction between man and machine, most people call it AI. Frank Schmidt skillfully shows ways that are far removed from the mainstream. More generalist than specialist. A misconception? Far from it. The professional speaker and experienced leadership coach skillfully, entertainingly and with great ease shows how humans will function in a duet with AI. He made an enriching contribution to our event with his presentation.
