I did a mindset coaching session with Micha. It was great to see things differently and to develop further. We even went beyond that because it made sense. Micha reacts very flexibly and very appropriately to what is happening at the moment. He is always friendly and honest. We started the coaching due to inner blockages and in preparation for a partial exam for the mountain rescue service.
I (Petra) am very glad that I decided to do the coaching in the fall, because it changed me in a very positive way. I've gained a lot of self-confidence and have also surpassed myself in terms of sport.
I am also much calmer and more composed, especially when it comes to new challenges.
Micha is highly recommended!

Micha has helped me incredibly in my preparation for the Ironman World Championship 2023. Thanks to his support, I was able to beat my best time on the long distance in Hawaii by one hour. We have made enormous progress, especially in the areas of flow and focus, which is clearly noticeable in the competitions. It was especially helpful in the collaboration that Micha is always available and we were constantly in contact despite the time difference and distance. Working with Micha is super fun, so I always look forward to the coaching sessions.

As a competitive athlete in
Basketball (1st regional league) I am constantly looking for ways to optimize my performance. Since the sport requires the most mental skills, I decided to seek help. Micha was recommended to me by a good friend.

I quickly realized that I was in very good hands with Micha. He understood me quickly and knew what I needed to make a big leap in a short period of time.

I went to him because I had problems at the horse shows, could not implement the performance of the training there.

On my way to fearless riding, Micha accompanied me with humor, empathy and his great expertise. After a break of more than a year, thanks to his help I can enjoy the rides with my horse again.
