The agency assignment proved to be an "all-round carefree" package. My wish to have nothing to do with the whole process of subletting was completely fulfilled. Without having anything to do with the viewings of the apartment to be rented and contract details, there were several very suitable applications, so the only problem was the agony of choice. People like to have problems like this,,,,,
