Alles lief hervorragend und genauso wie versprochen. Mit Mietvertrag, Mietzahlung, Kaution, etc. hat alles gut und schnell funktioniert. Wir sind mit der Mieterin sehr zufrieden. Obwohl der Buchungsprozess komplett digital war, haben wir immer einen persönlichen Ansprechpartner gehabt. Auch nach dem Einzug der Mieterin war German Apartment für uns da und hat sich schnell um alles gekümmert. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

I would like to express A huge thanks to KAI 🙏♥️

who assisted me at German Apartments.

His attitude is So Mature, Kind, friendly, good listener and very good to keep his coolness in communication despite there was some bumps on the road.
Yes I paid a service fee,

first reason why?

1) It can be very tricky finding apartments in Berlin.
especially ASAP if you don't have a good network of people.

2) Also first time moving to Germany It asking for you to prove a Schufa.

3) If you German is very limited like mine.
Getting started is difficult simply for the fact germans expect of you speaking, read and write German.
All papers and household rules etc. is in German language.
So having a middle man to act on behalf for you gave me a great advance.

4) A Landlord who I already seem to have the possibility to rent a private room with address and shared kitchen with in Schöneweide.
Cancel my chance to sign a contract with the landlort within the last moment. German Apartment with Kai's help.
He find me a even better opportunity in Potsdam for a little bit less house rent and twice the size.

5) I had all my things stored in Schöneweide, because of the cancellation of the first apartment, so late in the process.
German Apartments supported me financial get my things from Schöneweide to Potsdam

- This don't have to end like it did for me.
But the Service Was also an act of human kindness beyond just service.

I Thank Kai and German Apartments very much for their help and will definitely recommend them.
