I received the herb hike voucher and can only say THANK YOU. Without the voucher, I might not have had the idea of going on a herb hike. But it was simply MEGA! Nicole organized the herb walk so well and explained the herbs to us in a relaxed and simple way. It's unbelievable what grows in our forests and meadows and what it's all good for. So interesting and informative. I have learned a lot and will test and try out some of the herbs. I will certainly go on another herb hike with Nicole or attend a workshop to learn even more about preparing herbs. Unfortunately, you can't memorize everything the first time. So a pen and paper is always a good idea. I am very glad that I was given a voucher and was able to immerse myself in the world of herbs. So all thumbs up. Simply recommended!

Fascinating and varied wild herb hike!

I went on a tour with Nicole in Schleswig Holstein, and it was super interesting!

It starts after the first few meters: a medicinal plant here, an unexpected herb there. Nicole precisely describes the healing effects and possible uses - not only of the well-known wild herbs. And although the information is so tangible, Nicole gives a multifaceted overview: you can tell straight away that Nicole has drawn a lot of her knowledge from scientific studies and combines it masterfully with naturopathy, 'folk knowledge', personal experience and anecdotes. As all these approaches have a unique and great value, this makes her herbal walks exceptional.

So there is something for everyone!

Nicole is always open to questions and adapts flexibly to the needs of individuals. You can tell she puts her heart and soul into it.

Nicole's herb walk was a lot of fun, very informative and descriptive and made us want to try out some of the many tips and uses for wild herbs that she presented to us. All in all, it was simply a really great event, for which we even received a recipe handout, collection information and a "herbal" gift afterwards :-)

It was a great, informative, relaxed and also enjoyable herb hike! :)
We laughed a lot and learned and discovered a lot.
I now see my natural environment with different eyes!
It really was a very positive experience!
The hike was even a bit longer than planned, which I personally found very pleasant as I wasn't under any time pressure. I think Nicole is very authentic in what she does and teaches. She is a likeable woman. I am sure that I would like to go on another herbal hike and make creams with Nicole! I look forward to seeing her again and can only warmly recommend Nicole!

Nicole is a true herb fairy and impressed us with her extensive knowledge. She takes a lot of time to answer questions and so the 2-hour walk turned into almost 3 hours. We were lucky with the weather and the time passed far too quickly. I will definitely do the herb walk again at another time of year to get to know other herbs. I can definitely recommend the hike to anyone who loves nature and is interested in naturopathy - an absolute must! Many thanks again to Nicole, it was a great experience!
