Einholung guter Angebote, aus denen der Kunde wählen kann durch HCConsulting. Das ist mir im Direktkontakt mit der PKV nicht gelungen. Schnelle Reaktionszeiten. Klärung von Fragen gegenüber der PKV gut. Verbesserungen sehe ich bei Erläuterungen der Angebote. Im Dialog wurden schließlich alle Fragen ausgeräumt. Neuer Versicherungsabschluss mit besseren Konditionen bei weniger Beitrag hat stattgefunden.

Herr Halm hat mich bei meinem Tarifwechsel mit seinem Fachwissen excellent unterstützt. Er hat bei meiner Krankenkasse die für mich passenden Tarifalternativen angefordert und dann mich bei der Auswahl des für mich am besten geeigneten Tarifes kompetent unterstützt. Der neue Tarif bietet dabei nicht nur bessere Leistungen, sondern er ist auch noch erheblich günstiger als der alte Tarif.
