Spoken to such a very helpful girl in Beverley she said she was called Susan I’m slightly deaf and I think that was her name. We were there on Sunday looking at a hospital bed, she went 100% beyond what was expected, she called us back saying she could get it sooner for me we turned back and ordered it. 10 stars

The service my wife and I received at Independant Mobility was exceptional, friendly and knowlegeable. We ended up buying two riser recliner chairs and a power chair. We were given a thorough rundown on both products, the whole transaction was made easy because Carl and Susan understood that they were dealing with two oldies and treated us kindly and with respect. I visited Independent Mobility with my mother-in-law who was looking for a rise and recliner armchair for use after a pending hip replacement operation. We arrived having no knowledge about the product and were delighted to see such a wide range of options available to look at and try out. The staff member who looked after us talked us through all the different options until we decided on the right model for her. He was knowledgeable, professional, funny and not in the slightest bit pushy. My mother-in-law thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and was so grateful to have found something suitable before her operation. Initially her first choice fabric wasn't available for a couple of weeks but somehow the team managed to pull some strings with the manufacturer and the chair in her chosen material was delivered only 5 days later in time for her return home from hospital. Delivery was quick and efficient and at the advised time so no unnecessary waiting around. I also like the fact that the chair was manufactured in Yorkshire so we felt like we were keeping it local. I couldn't recommend Independent Mobility highly enough. Many thanks to Helen, Ian, Laura and the team for such an excellent service.

i am 79 years old and i have just bought a scooter from independant mobility i hull.After a miner hicup with delivery thet bent over backwards to get me what i wanted.As i had no transport to get to Hull Carl came for me and took me to the showroom after trying a few scootrs all of which were good they did me a great deal to meet my wishes . when i had picked scooter i wanted Carl brought me and my new scooter home. All the staff i.e Carl , Laura and Niel are amazing staff and a credit to the company.So if you want a scooter make Indepandant Mobility your first stop and you will never go any where else truly amazing staff and products well done and thankyou.

I spent a long time looking at YouTube videos and searching the internet for information about a mobility scooter that would suit my needs wants and desires. I first contacted Ian Richmond (litemobility.co.uk) on Monday the 4th of April 2022 after I had studied their online catalogue. I was very interested in their Kymco K -Lite FE Auto Folding Mobility Scooter. On Tuesday the 5th of April 2022, Ian sent me an email confirming the price I would have to pay for this Scooter. Because of the restricted space in the boot of my car, Ian’s assistant Laura kindly sent me photographs and dimensions of the Kymco K -Lite FE Auto Folding Mobility Scooter that they had in one of their 3 Hull disability Shops. On Friday the 8th of April 2022, I telephoned Ian Richmond on 0800 702 2789 and placed my order and my new Kymco K -Lite FE Auto Folding Mobility Scooter arrived on Wednesday the 13th of April 2022. It was clear to me that litemobility.co.uk are a very caring and considerate mobility specialist company. I am delighted with my new mobility scooter and I can’t praise and recommend Ian & Laura enough for all their assistance.

Recommended by friends, so called in after a fairly stressful 2.5 hours at the hospital just up the road from the Beverley shop. Immediately offered a comfy seat and a cuppa. Service goes well beyond tea and sympathy. Product excellent and fit for purpose. When surgery date came through sooner than expected they went above and beyond to get a chair in situ for discharge.
