After six months in the DWC program, I found myself more able to rise above the noise to truly understand the opportunities and barriers I was facing in my work. I learned as much from hearing my peers work through their challenges as I did from workshopping my own with the group. The diversity of perspectives was such a breath of fresh air and provided critical insight that I needed to solve problems faster. I am grateful for the opportunity!

I absolutely loved this program. It helped me change my mindset and refocus my attention on areas where I can be more effective with my goals. I would definitely reccomend the program to anyone looking to hone their leadership skills or gain self-awareness. It's was also refreshing to share a safe space with peers and gain insight from other professionals who often share very similar struggles and triumphs.

Engaging Instructors and content quality. The instructor was passionate about the subject matter can greatly enhanced the learning experience. I highly valued the opportunity to learn from each other in the group and apply problem-solving skills to provide feedback during "hot seat" sessions.

Barbara is a fantastic mentor who creates a calm and supportive environment for learning and growth.
