Inga is a very dedicated trainer who puts her heart and soul into her work. Before she starts training, she holds a personal consultation to determine the customer's goals and get an idea of their current circumstances and, of course, their state of health. The workout she creates is challenging but not overwhelming. If a program item causes pain or is not to your liking, she reacts quickly and modifies the training accordingly.
Thanks to the food tracking, she can see exactly to what extent the diet supports the goals set and provides help with plenty of time and explanations if necessary.
All in all, I feel that I am in very good hands with Inga and her calm and friendly manner!
