I am really grateful for the great support from the MK Careers team. The whole process went smoothly and extremely professionally from start to finish. Although I was a bit skeptical at first, the commitment of the entire team quickly won me over. I had problems with another company in the past, which naturally made me a little skeptical.

The consultation was first class. A lot of time is taken for the customer and all questions are answered specifically. This gives the customer a good feeling. The price-performance ratio and the design of the contract should also be emphasized positively (very fair). I felt that I was in very good hands with Patrick.

Now comes the big BUT and the big question mark. Since the first euros have been paid, the communication is no longer customer-oriented. Three weeks ago, I provided all the requested data and a profile was then to be created. I was told that the profile would be created as soon as possible. As a customer, you are then left running around and put off. It would be better to say directly that it will take X weeks or X months to create the profile so that the customer doesn't have to chase after it. Maybe there will be a happy ending and I'm being too harsh in my assessment.

But honest feedback is usually better than no feedback at all😉

I have gained a lot of trust and confidence in Kristina through a conversation lasting almost over an hour and a half, as well as reliability in her that my expectations would be fulfilled through her extensive knowledge and expertise in this field, which is the most important thing for me, namely that she understood and mentally accepted my concerns. She is open and responsive to individual needs and I can rely on her continuous support and I am sure that she will monitor my progress.

In my role as an experienced neurosurgeon, I was already familiar with the city of Dubai, as I had gained an insight into the working and living conditions there through my interactions with numerous doctors who had already taken this step. I have long dreamed of working as a software developer in Dubai. I had only ever been there on vacation and friends had told me about their emigration. But the step abroad was a big one and I had doubts as to whether it would really work out.

I had read an advertisement and got in touch. I was contacted by Kristina and she was a great support right from the start.
