I think the Wandelfaktur heat map method is brilliant. It enabled me to track how my topics and learning curves change on a weekly basis. Simply great! What also helped me a lot was that I could always ask questions via WhatsApp, even at short notice, and I received a helpful answer within a short time.

Especially the regular 1:1 sessions and sparring sessions helped me a lot to discuss my experiences with Basti and to coordinate possible optimizations and the next steps with him. I think the mapping of my topics via the "Heat-Map" is great. I can highly recommend the Wandelfaktur mentoring.
