Janne is totally open, individual and solution-oriented in her approach to your own life situation and can really put herself in the shoes of the potential problem. Even when things get a little more profound, she takes every complicated thought loop seriously, so that I always felt understood. She asks the right questions and points out directions without prescribing them. In my case, she always grasped the current core question/problem without me being so aware of it myself and helped me to take a clear look at the goal and the path to it. I would still give it 4 stars for the benefits, because I can't quite foresee them in the long term. Otherwise a clear 5/5 stars!

I met Janne back in 2019 when I went to Hof Sosath as a working student I learnt so much from her and it led to my having a career today as a professional rider. She’s not just good at what she does she’s also a wonderful person. 100% anyone interacting with Janne is lucky!

I am very happy and grateful to have been able to take part in Janne's balance program. My panic attacks on my new and unfamiliar horses were identified and resolved as mental blockages that I had unconsciously imposed on myself. I am happy to have dared to take the step and to finally be able to enjoy my hobby again. Really great.

I have struggled with severe allergies to pollen since childhood and therefore went to Janne. The allergies were so bad that I sometimes had to take cortisone tablets for several weeks to cope with my everyday life.
After just one balance, my allergies were almost gone and I've been coping really well ever since. I still take an antihistamine and nasal spray during periods of heavy pollen exposure, but then I'm almost symptom-free. After years of complaints and having tried everything, including 5 years of desensitization by injections in my upper arm, I have to say that I am overjoyed to be able to enjoy spring with such a "simple" method. Thank you, Janne!

The two sessions with Janne were very beneficial for me. I found the muscle testing and the questioning, whether it was on a mental, emotional or physical level, fascinating. I would never have guessed that the issues I found were the trigger for my insecurity. We were able to process the situations well through a conversation and various exercises. I was sustainably strengthened and was finally able to ride safely again and look forward to my horse every day.

Janne is an incredibly likeable person who follows up in the right places, works with you in a solution-oriented and targeted manner and helps you to formulate your personal goal. Her professional manner provides security and calm and helps you to focus and tackle the problem in the right place.
There is also room for small talk at the beginning or end of the appointment, which creates a feel-good atmosphere. Thank you, Janne!
