After working intensively with Stefanie and Markus on our cultural development about a year ago, the two of them have now designed and conducted a two-and-a-half-day team development workshop for our small team that was truly exceptional.

Normally, I often feel uncomfortable in workshops with group work and/or work in teams of two and feel an inner resistance to get involved. But Merwert workshops are completely different.

Stefanie and Markus have once again created an incredibly creative and pleasant working environment in which I felt both well looked after and challenged.

Particularly noteworthy are their great commitment, which goes far beyond what you would normally expect from the organizers of a workshop, their pronounced empathy and their tireless efforts to create a consistently positive and open atmosphere.

Their methods and the way they ask questions made the two and a half days an entertaining and inspiring team experience. Even supposedly difficult tasks suddenly became easy to tackle in this setting.

The balance between group, one-to-one and individual work was perfect and there was also enough time for personal reflection and evaluation.

The enormous benefit for the entire team was tangible even before the end of the workshop. And so I started to implement the feedback I had received immediately afterwards.

When it comes to culture and team development, Stefanie and Markus set new standards.

We had a 2-day team development workshop with Markus and Stefanie. The aim was to develop a conducive communication and feedback culture and to teach the individual team members the necessary skills, but also their inner attitude. A complex challenge.

I therefore had my doubts as to whether this could be achieved in 2 days. It is really fascinating how the two trainers, Stefanie and Markus, sensitively guided each team member through these demanding processes. It was a considerable additional benefit to have two trainers accompanying the workshop.

The entire organization, from the really perfect seminar location chosen by the two of them, to the very appreciative guidance through all the challenges, to the really very successful surprises in the supporting program, everything was perfect. It couldn't have been better and nobody else could have done it better.

As one participant put it: "If you attend a seminar with Markus and Stefanie, you can only be disappointed with others afterwards"

We achieved far more than we had hoped for. The team has also become much more open and close-knit when it comes to critical issues.

Not only do we go into our day-to-day work with many issues resolved, but also with clear implementation rules after the workshop. This gives us the security to maintain the new quality.

Looking back, it was worth every minute and every euro invested many times over.
