My husband and I spent 10 amazing days in this beautiful home . Everything was lovely , from the decor to the sunsets . Very safe neighbourhood and people were so friendly . The amenities and convenience of the area was perfect . We can’t wait to book back next year for a longer stay . Definitely recommend this vacation home !

I just returned home after a wonderful stay at Villa Boaters Dream! It ws mine and my wife’s second visit and we will return again! It is a well appointed home with beautiful property and extremely clean interior. The pool is always clean and the dock is perfect if you rent a boat. Wonderful overall experience. The entire team was very responsive and helpful with any questions. The teammate above and beyond to ensure our family had a great time during the weeklong stay. Great home and pool with an excellent location near the beach and the Boat House Tiki Bar and Grill. Comfortable beds and a huge bathroom off the master bedroom! Great stay and would love to stay here again.

I was impressed with the updated designs of the rentals and detailed fun entertainment pieces included in the home for families to enjoy and have fun(ex pool table). Also impressed with the ease to reach out to the unit manager . Excellent unit Manager Brigitte for the Golden Globe Villa at Cape Coral.

We've rented Villa Rosegarden for the tenth time this year, and once again, we were
absolutely delighted. The renovations carried out after Hurricane Ian are truly remarkable.
It's heartening to witness the property flourishing after such a challenge.

Our bond with this house deepens with each visit. The attention to detail and dedication
poured into the renovation work are evident. We feel at home every time we're here. Without a doubt, we'll be returning next year.

My husband and I stayed at Villa Belle Paradise last year for the month of March and again this year for the month of March. Our daughter and son-in-law and their 2 young daughters visited us for 2 weeks each time. It is a great house for a family vacation.
The house is very roomy and well stocked. the pool is large, and we fished lots in the canal the house backs onto. It is a very safe area and very private. Brigitte the property manager is very helpful and deals with any issue very quickly. We loved this house and had a great vacation. In fact we have booked it for the month of March in 2025 and again in 2026.

We have stayed at Villa Rosegarden many times for the last 2 weeks in March. Many positive changes have been made following the hurricane:- toatally repainted, new floor, new appliances etc. The pool screen is superior allowing a clear view down the canal - spectacular. A very relaxing place to stay in a quiet Cape Coral neighbourhood. We appreciate Brigitte’s attention to detail and she responds in a timely manner when needed. We are back next March!

We had 5 adults. The bedrooms were ALL great...adult sized beds, comfortable, etc. We enjoyed the pool tremendously Loved the giant slider that opened up indoor/outdoor living! Thanks for heating the pool up for us! It was lovely. You had everything we needed stocked. Lots of towels. A well stocked kitchen with all of the gadgets we needed. We didn't take advantage of the bikes or kayaks this time...we weren't sure how to launch the kayaks without getting into the canal. But offering these amenities was lovely.

We are happy that you had a nice time at Villa Pheonix. The terrace and the pool are always a very important point for us when we rent a house' At Villa Phoenix the owner puts a lot of attention to a well-equipped kitchen and the amenities so that the tenants can feel really comfortable there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The house, the furnishings, and the pool area all looked exactly the same as in the pictures which is a huge plus. Pool was large and clean as well as the hot tub. Kitchen was nicely appointed, we had adequate linens and towels. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the Villa Golden Globe for 11 days in March! The property was beautiful and as described. Very clean, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, very comfortable beds, close to many restaurants, shopping, and beaches. There is a well put together binder of information about the house, attractions, restaurants, and shopping. We loved spending evenings relaxing at the beautiful pool and enjoyed many meals in the lanai.

Brigitte was an outstanding host. She provided details needed for a smooth check in and check out process and was attentive throughout our stay to ensure we were enjoying our stay!

I would highly recommend renting through My-Dream-Vacation-Florida. I plan to return to the Cape Coral area in the future with my family and will definitely rent through Brigitte and Company!

Enjoyed our 2 months stay in the Villa Su Casa, of course the Refrigerator was a setback. Not much you can do about that:)

Loved the new TV in the Living Room, wished it was mounted with an arm to be able to turn it towards the kitchen.
- Loved the new pool loungers.
- Loved the new lighting in the kitchen.

The 2nd and 3rd bedroom could use mirrors. The long mirror in the master is nice.

We have accessed the excellent, reliable and professional services of My-Dream-Vacation-Florida for six years. Brigitte and her team work tirelessly to ensure that every detail of the vacation is perfect. She is highly responsive and goes above and beyond for her clients. Villa Yomar was a wonderful home. The views of the canal from the beautiful lanai were beautiful. The home was large and well looked after.

We have returned to the Dream Vacation’s Villa Amazing and they both continue to be amazing. The house has changed ownership recently and the new owners are making improvements that make this house even better than it previously was. Hats off to them and keep up the good work. We stayed here for 6 weeks. This is our 4th time staying at this rental home and we love it. Excellent fishing off the dock, clean and beautifully furnished and great response if we needed assistance with anything. We would highly recommend this home for long or short time rental.

That way we and the owner know that the house is still well maintained and meets the requirements of the tenants. The Villa Alison is a well kept lovely home with great amenities. The pool is fabulous and Beate who tends to the rental was amazing. Any issue we had (we needed an umbrella for the unexpected rain!) she responded immediately. I totally recommend this rental as we enjoyed our stay for 2 years for a month long holiday! We hope to return again sometime soon.
