It really feels like breathing therapy at home. Every day there is a little explanation, some exercises (which are explained the first time) and then a farewell. It quickly becomes a habit and only takes about 10-15 minutes a day
I've now completed about half of the program (but the course is extremely productive, so I've been actively doing it for more than 6 weeks...) and I already notice a HUGE difference in my breathing. In problematic situations I am much more aware of what I can do to get back on the right track and that alone gives me a huge sense of security. That's why I'm already grateful: THANK YOU MYBREO!!!

I hardly did any exercises after my rehab, but with this course I am much more active again. I particularly like the fact that the instructions are given by Nico Lorenz, who I've known for a long time via YouTube
An online course that doesn't just graze over the classic breathing exercises superficially. Instead, it also offers meditations, "spiritual support" and the wonderful feeling that the suffering is really understood
The course contains much more than I had expected after reading the page...it is really a complete training program over 9-12 weeks (depending on whether you do your exercises every day or only 5 days a week) and it is not only about the usual topics (breathing exercises), but also about how to deal better with your COPD mentally. Informative throughout and always very sensitively instructed
I have never spent money on an online course before and was therefore hesitant. However, I made up my mind and am very pleased that I did! It makes me feel good to follow the program...because it was developed by experts. You can also find some things on YouTube, but often you don't know whether the person really knows what they're talking about...
I've been watching Nico Lorenz's videos for a while now and bought the Mybreo course because Nico is also involved in it. I've been doing it for 3 weeks and look forward to the exercises every day
Mybreo is a great way to get the good feeling of having done something for your own health every day under the guidance of experts, even away from visits to the doctor. My mood has already improved significantly since starting the course and I can only warmly recommend it.
Great course with Nico Lorenz, who is very motivating! I particularly like the fact that the mental aspects of the illness are also addressed and relaxation exercises are carried out. I hadn't had any experience of this before
