Delivery went smoothly and the customer service was excellent. They were always ready to listen and responded to special requests.
Unfortunately, there were only a few samples in the showroom, so we didn't know 100% what to expect on delivery. But we are very satisfied with the quality and appearance and would recommend the company to others.

The entire construction and design of the garbage cans is very professional and durable. A top product! It has its price, but it seems reasonable. What you have to be prepared for is a rather long production and delivery time. Although this is due to the fact that the product is made to measure and the color is made to order, the production time still seems quite long. Nevertheless, I would definitely use MyWaste Bin again.

We are very happy with the garbage can box. Unfortunately, the shipping company did not register before delivery and the driver was extremely unfriendly because we wanted to unpack the garbage can box first before signing to see if the box had survived transportation undamaged.

We have received at garbage can of a 4 garbage can box as well as a bicycle box with special dimensions. The order processing was unexpectedly personal with a lot of telephone contact. The company was very accommodating with regard to special dimensions and a delivery date that could not yet be determined.

From order to delivery, everything went very well and the products make a high-quality, durable impression - as far as we can judge after a few weeks.

The only point of criticism are the terms and conditions of the company. There it is pointed out that the delivery is made without shipping insurance. I find that problematic for several 1000 euros worth of goods. Furthermore, one should unpack upon delivery in the presence of the carrier and check the goods for shipping damage.
This is simply not possible. No forwarding agent waits that long and with our 3 packages the careful unpacking took a good hour.
So here is quite clearly a regulation made, which is not feasible in reality.
From the very good packaging then also resulted in a lot of plastic waste (as well as paper waste and disposable pallets).
Perhaps one can start here for the customer and develop a safe, more sustainable shipping solution.

I can only recommend MyMülltonne. The garbage can boxes are high quality and stable. Even in strong storms no problems, are dimensionally stable and are immediately assembled, just perfect and clear further recommendation of the MyMülltonnen team.

Super procedure. Delivery free curbside. To set up you need at least 4 men with a 3 er box. Totally heavy and very valuable. Finally times a garbage box that not only fulfills its purpose but also looks totally good.

Very competent advice, had many queries. Beautiful trash can box, absolutely worth its price, and fair. Compare is worth it, other providers have asked for identical quality on average 1500-3000€ more. Absolutely recommend!

The quality of the products is very good, customization can also be ordered.

The boxes correspond 100% to the given description. They are of very high quality and accurate workmanship. Their own weight does not require additional anchoring. The dip galvanizing is continuous and without major drip formations. The additionally purchased plant tubs are also very sturdily made and can still be moved by 2 men even when loaded with plants and soil. The price of the boxes is indeed in the upper segment and not exactly a bargain. Nevertheless, the overall package is convincing.
