I had a long-term relationship with a narcissistic partner, which resulted in two children together. After the separation, he immediately began to fight for the children and the alternation model (although he naturally had very limited interest in them during the relationship). Fortunately, despite my initial doubts, I contacted Erika before the first meeting with the youth welfare office. With her help, I was able to score points with the youth welfare office right from the start and make a good first impression, despite my ex-partner's lies and manipulations. In her coaching sessions, Erika manages to give you strategies, arguments and formulations that work, with which you can strengthen your position and allow your ex-partner to expose themselves bit by bit. It's not about ranting against your ex-partner, but staying true to yourself and focusing on your own goals and how to achieve them. What I find particularly great is that you come away from the conversations with Erika with a new inner strength and transfer this into your appointments and dealings with the narcissist. You get the feeling more and more that you can really make a difference and that you are not helpless. As dealing with narcissists is often a marathon in front of the youth welfare office and other authorities, Erika's strategies are also designed for long-term success (although of course you can also celebrate short-term successes!). I would heartily recommend Erika to anyone who finds themselves in a similarly difficult situation. Her extensive knowledge and know-how are simply worth their weight in gold. She is also very personable and genuine and the consultations are simply fun. :-)
