As part of an online course, I had the opportunity to take part in a weekly consultation today. The experience far exceeded my expectations. I would particularly like to emphasize the outstanding support provided by Ralf Hartmann:
Ralf took an exceptional amount of time to not only answer my questions, but to discuss them with me. Instead of limiting himself to brief yes/no answers, he guided me through the entire solution-finding process.
In addition to solving the problem directly, Ralf shared numerous very helpful tips and additional information. These went well beyond the actual scope of support and represented considerable added value.
The consultation hour developed into an enriching learning session and is a wonderful additional service to the actual online course. It far exceeded what is usually understood by "support" or "consultation hour".
My unreserved recommendation and a big thank you for this outstanding service.

I have been working with Articulate since the beginning of the year and have always asked questions about implementation after the training. The trainer and support team were always very quick in their feedback and were able to point out a good solution in all cases.

The 3-day Storyline training was very well structured and was implemented very well by the trainer. As there was always new input, it did get a bit much on the last day. Especially as some things were only worked on together with the trainer. The "practicing" fell somewhat by the wayside. It is therefore all the more important to stick with it afterwards and apply what you have learned immediately. All in all, a very valuable training course with a very motivated, committed and likeable trainer. Many thanks.

Well thought-out concept, which was also implemented consistently. The preparation with the creation of the Rise course was helpful.
The trainer presented everything very clearly and comprehensibly! I have a good first impression of the possibilities of the tool. More time to practice would have been nice, but the training would have to be extended for that. It was fun and never boring. I hope I won't have to wait too long until my next (first) project with Storyline. Thank you, Ralf!

I have rarely experienced such an entertaining training course from which I was able to take so much away. The individual steps were explained very clearly so that it was easy to follow and implement everything directly. The mix of imparting knowledge and direct practical implementation was very valuable for "learning by doing". I am already looking forward to starting my own projects with Vyond and have already recommended the tool to other colleagues.

The e-learning was perfect. With the explanations and the storyboard, it was easy to create the demo course. Rise 360 is very intuitive and offers countless possibilities to try out. I would also find a script (PDF) that summarizes important functions helpful. I would have liked to take part in the compact training course, but unfortunately we don't use Storyline. The telephone consultation with Mr. Birthelmer in advance was fantastic. All open questions were clarified.
