Advice and execution were so far good, quality OK, but customer service is rather poor. Specifically, we have made the experience twice that promises were not kept. Once with a door closer which was already defective after just under 6 months, another 6 months later, although of course there was still valid warranty, the whole thing was charged. Only after several complaints was the bill, accompanied by inappropriate comments then annulled. Another time the bill of a painting was 50% higher than the offer was. After I complained (because according to Luxembourg law, invoices may be a maximum of 15% more expensive than the offer) and I even agreed to a higher amount (I only asked for a 10% reduction as an accommodation, which would have given the company Ost Fenster even more than the offer was, this was dismissed as absolutely indisputable (Luxembourg law is therefore indisputable??). Unfortunately, I have been more than disappointed, so I could not recommend Ost Fenster with the best will in the world.
