Parsons Villas

The Loft Casita was such a beautiful property. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the mornings and evenings. We spent the afternoon of our last day at the property enjoying the hot tub and the views. Would definitely return.

Had a great time staying for a big Thanksgiving family get together, and will definitely be back!

Very nice large property with good amenities.

The house is massive, you can sleep alot of people additionally, the outdoor space is equally as nice. Our Sorority group fully enjoyed the space. Many areas for entertainment.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The place is beautiful, can easily accommodate 30 guests. Plenty of seating and great amenities. We spent a lot of time enjoying the pool and backyard entertaining area. The pictures match what you great. We give it a 10/10.

The staff was so easy to get a hold of when we needed something (only twice) and overly accommodating. The house itself was perfect for a large group. It was spacious, and the pool and outdoor bar area were excellent! The interior was awesome, and had plenty of room for everyone. You will not be disappointed with staying here!

Awesome place we enjoyed the stay!

I’ve stayed at over 30 rental homes, mainly through VRBO. I always expect a great experience. The Parson’s Villa Jackrabbit estate was even better than my family expected. From the booking, to pre-trip, to arrival, and the stay was remarkable. The house was amazing, huge and beautiful. The backyard and pool were awesome. The service was world class. An example was one evening one of the snake alarm batteries died and the smoke alarm was beeping 12 feet off the ground! We called in to the concierge and in 10 minutes someone was at the house and fixed the problem! Love it!!!!!!

When staying in Scottsdale, my first choice is now Parsons. Their homes are awesome and the service they offer goes beyond the standard vacation rental. Always clean and fully stocked, we love staying at their homes.

Loved the cozy vibe of the loft casita. Very well appointed with everything you could ask for. We loved the natural light in the unit and enjoyed sitting on the large terrace in the mornings looking out on the beautiful pool and garden. The pool was a terrific treat after a long day of MTB. We would definitely stay again !

We had a group of 7 couples stay & had the best time! We had all these ideas of things to go & do, but never wanted to leave the house. Grocery delivery was awesome & so were the options around us. The boys golfed, the ladies hiked but being at the house was the highlight! Indoor & outdoor space was beyond amazing!

We stayed at the Parsons Villas - Wild West Estate for 7 days in March 2024. Our group was 5 adults and 7 boys (ages 9-12). We could not have been more pleased with the house! The backyard is absolutely amazing with the heated pool/hot tub, swim up bar, bocce ball, corn hole, and plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. Nobody ever wanted to leave the house, and there was really no reason to. The interior of the house and casita is very spacious and the bedrooms are huge and spread out. The game room was the gathering point late night and has plenty of room for large groups. Location was great. Communication with Parsons was perfect. For the few times we reached out, their response was immediate and took care of our requests immediately. We can’t wait to get back there next year!

We had a few issues with the heated pool and a bit of a ceiling leak due to heavy rain. But they were very quick to respond to both issues and fix the problems.

This place was absolutely perfect. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to spend time with a large group of friends or family.

Loved our stay. Pool and hot tub were the perfect temps for us. Loved being a bit out on the city edge with lots of nature around.

David and Pam were beyond solicitusThey were more like kind and friendly. Very nice to have met them and perhaps if we return to Phoenix we would be happy to be guest there again.

The casita loft was very tranquil and comfortable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The stairs leading to the loft are narrow and steep so you have to be very careful, especially when descending. Was disappointed that we couldn’t use the fireplace when it was featured as an amenity . The hot tub was great but I felt like a nuisance always asking for it to be brought up to temp via text. Would’ve been nice to just have access to temp control and there were no jets , also pool was too cold to use, yet charged daily for it. The location was great! Close enough to downtown yet far enough for peace and quiet. Having robes would be a nice touch for guests, I bought my own and left them there.
