DENTAKAY DENTAL CLINIC

I am writing this review after my second visit to Antalya and at the end of my treatment.
Before deciding to have treatments done I read all reviews, the good and the not so good. My experience overall has been amazing.
The staff, the Doctors, the organisation behind is incredibly efficient, professional and pleasant.
The facilities are very very modern, high tech, new, the Doctors are really good and very experienced, the quality of the work is very high.
You are greeted and treated like a celebrity, driven round in lievered vans like royalty.
Everyone treats you with respect and care.
At my second visit, I was anticipating some resistance to the fact that I was not totally happy with my bridge and thought they would maybe ask me for more money or refuse to do anything about it, especially as I had it checked by my UK dentist and was told that it was good enough and not to change it as in the UK that was acceptable.
My STAR Doctor Dr. Alper took one look at it and within 30 seconds agreed to change it, until it was perfect, and at no charge whatsoever.
Now that is quality control beyond what I was used to. I am very impressed by this company and, I can really say you would be treated really well by everyone at Dentakay.
And yes some reviews I read before coming might not have been as positive but this is normal I think because I also know that there will always be a percentage of people who are not happy with things and they may blame all on others, but in my experience, whatever the problem might be, the staff here are going to help you solve the issue, find alternatives until you hopefully become a happy customer, because that is what they want, believe it or not. And yes of course they want your money too, but all in all, including my 5star hotel during my first visit, all transport etc. Still came to half of what I would have paid in the UK.
Not to mention their speed of execution, they did in 2 days what woukd have taken over 1 month of several visits to my UK dentist.
5Stars all round for me, you judge for yourself, because even before getting here they help, advise, and guide you through the processes...

For me this dentist was absolutely perfect from day one to the last day , Dentakay go above and beyond with care and aftercare . Ali (my dentist ) is the ultimate genius with is nurse dila. Together they are perfection . Together they brought Dentakay to life for me. A special thank you to the clerical staff on the door that make sure dentakay provide a fantastic service . From the airport to the last visit . You provided it all for me , I feel blessed ❤️❤️❤️

My experience was a seamless one. The communication was great, the transfers were without issue and every staff member at the clinic was warm, friendly and extremely professional. I was very satisfied with the service I received and the end result! My experience began with Daniel online and I found him very professional and I was happy to proceed. I flew to antalya and the taxi was waiting as expected. The hotel was phenomenal. The clinic was immaculate. The staff were so nice and helpful. Private taxis were on time every time. Lots of spare time to go shopping. Am looking forward to my return visit for fitting of crown to my implants. Thank you dentakay.

The most amazing dental experience! Coming from the Uk and after extensive research, there is nothing comparable to my experience at DentaKay!!! The most wonderful and experienced Dr. Irem Buyukikiz. A true perfectionist!!! While making sure you are comfortable, I am so Happy with my new smile. Thank you Dr. Irem. I have nothing but good things to say about DentaKay. A friend came here to get dental implants and told me about it and how happy he was that he came. He gave me his contact at DentaKay and it was Kiven. From the first contact with Kiven I felt very comfortable and he was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. I finally made the trip in April 2024 and Kiven made it he whole experience as smooth as possible. I flew in from Los Angeles California and Kiven had a car waiting for me to take me to DentaKay to get started. The first appointment was pretty informative and straight to the X-rays and we went over the plan and it was executed perfectly. I was a little skeptical about how the office would be and if the surgeons were up to par. I’ll tell you that the office is state of the art with all the latest and greatest equipment and the surgeons were amazing. I have an amazing dentist in Los Angeles, but even his office didn’t have equipment as nice as DentaKay. They picked me up the 2nd day and I went in and got 5 dental implants. I already had 3 implants from America before I came and they were not cheap. Kiven hooked me up to where I got 4 nights and 5 days at a 4 star resort, a driver and 5 dental implants for the price of 1 dental implant in Los Angeles. Let me say that again: I got 4 nights at a 4 star resort, a driver to and from all of my appointments and FIVE DENTAL IMPLANTS FOR THE PRICE OF ONE DENTAL IMPLANT IN AMERICA!!!! Nazar handled all of the business end of it when I got to the office and he made it super easy to pay and out that part behind us. I will correct myself as the deal just got better. The price includes the implants and the crowns but you have to do it in two trips. The first trip is the actual dental implants being put in, then you have to wait 3 months for the bone to set around the implant, then you need to come back for the second visit. On the second visit, I think you have 4 appointments to make sure the crowns fit correctly and look the right color. You stay for another 5 nights to take care of it all. Don’t is really 9 nights total at the 4 star resort along with everything else. With both trips all added up, I ended up getting the 5 dental implants and 5 Crowns and all the other stuff for $100 less than the cost of my 1 dental implant in America. There are two teams that you end up dealing with, the first visit team and the second visit team. Kiven was my first visit team and Liz was my second visit team. These are just two people who are your main contacts but they are basically like conductors because they both have a big team below them that they are conducting to make sure your trip runs smoothly. They were both very responsive every time I had a problem or a question. They both went above and beyond the call of duty and I highly recommend DentaKay for all of your dental needs. I can’t say enough good things about Kiven, Liz, Nazar and all of the staff at DentaKay. I did not get paid for this review or asked to do it, but I did save about $20,000 coming here. I’m not entirely out of the shock that I have how beautiful my teeth are right now after this experience. Dentakay changed my life completely. For the last 20 years I was shy and never smiled and introverted because of that. Now my real self, the happy me and the new smiley me was reborn. My initial contact was Jack and he was very helpful and answered any questions or doubts I had. Eventually I decided to go ahead with the dental procedure ( implants). From the moment I was picked up @ the airport until my return to the UK everything was 100% excellent. Dentakay was amazing in what they provided in terms of service etc. A special mention must be made about Ebrahim ( Ebou). This young man is truly amazing. He was was my contact at the clinic and he made me feel very comfortable and answered any questions I had and just had that presence that made me feel good. I needed that as this was a new experience for me. Ebou was fantastic and I cannot praise him enough for everything he did for me. I believe I have found a friend for life in Ebou. I believe Dentakay is lucky to have a person of his calibre.

Firstly, I would like to thank all the Dentakay staff for all the efforts made to make the operation a success. I also devote my thanks to Mr. Yahya, Without his initial help and the advice he provided, I would not have completed the process and traveled to Turkey.
The staff is very cheerful and loving. They give you this psychological comfort as if you are not a stranger to the country. They all meet you with a smile, which makes your day go by easily and without fatigue.
The clinic offers you all the options and inquiries, which makes the process very understandable and easy with expert advice to get a better result. I recommend Dentakay. Clinic 200%.
In brief, from my arrival at the airport to the hotel to the clinic, everything was organized and well thought out.

Excellent experience.. Special mention to Robin Peterson who was my medical consultant from start to finish and his reassurance and support was invaluable. The clinic was a lovely modern state of the dental treatment centre. So clean and comfortable, and a friendly atmosphere. The sad story to this is that the dentists in the uk didn’t want to do the procedure and the costs quoted were ridiculous. However at a fraction of the price, the quality was firmly there. Shame that I had travel so far to go. But anyone reading this… don’t listen to the “horror” stories they mention. It’s safe, they are skilled dentists, and dental staff, the equipment is like new and everything is lovely and clean. Clinic is like a fancy dental hotel if I can describe it that way. I was so wary when I left for Antalya, now I have no fears at all.

My journey for the prefect smile begain on 23April2023. Arrived in Antalya Airport and was collected by the driver.
Imy first appointment was next day at the clinic. The clinic was amazing , so modern and clean. The staff were friendly and professional. I am a person who needs to feel a good vibe and the feeling was amazing. When I got my xrays done and had my consultation all I could see was a very quirky doctor.. I was at ease straight away I knew I made the right choice..
Next day teeth extraction and implants. Plenty of pain relief. No pain felt during this. The dentist was so gentle and considerate.
Then on for impressions so met another part of the team. I felt so at ease,they played one of my favourite songs and we had a dance party...lol..the 3d impressions was amazing. .. I can honesty say the day I first seen my temporay teeth was amazing I cried like a baby.. The teeth were fitted and the smile was made..
Now just finished my second visit and everything I look in the mirror I will honesty think of my new favourite people.
During the planning process it was explained to me a pricing plan two were given. What my hba1c had to be and what could change the plan as it was only guidance. I also was advised of my second visit that I would need to book my own hotel and flights. The first was flights as they booked my hotel.
I had also been advised that I might have to have a more expensive implant due to my diabetes.
I would recommend Dentakay to my friends and family. It was professional. Caring..empathic clean and explain all aftercare to me..which I followed to the letter.
