I got burned by a DIY plumber who left me with more problems than solutions. I contacted JDs for advice, and they gave me great information about my problem. I was able to get the issue resolved quickly and easily. I am happy with the outcome and that my house won’t be flooded soon.

I am very happy with the information and would hire JDs if I ran into any more problems caused by cowboy plumbers—quick, simple, to the point, and very professional: a great experience for me.
