We were previously working with a trading company buying diecast goods from India and although communication was ok we experienced all kinds of quality defects (even the raw material was wrong!) We looked around for a china source and came across sourcing allies. The first samples we received out of china were pretty good but what sold it for us was that we can phone up their UK guy and he will be in our warehouse in a few hours. Pleasant to deal with, fast response to questions and good quality parts.

I was working directly with a supplier in Shenzhen china on a small project but communication with the factory was sporadic and just was not clear. I saw google ads for sourcing allies but initially I didn’t really want to use a trading company as i imagined it would be expensive and unnecessary, but after a quick zoom call I got a better idea and the cost made sense to my business. Long story short they helped me change to a more willing supplier and communication is now much better. In my opinion It was a worthwhile investment and I will use them again.

I needed an order of Aluminum parts fabricating and welded. These guys were easy to work with and communication was smooth. We had a few minor issues on production but the team addressed it in time. Simply great, I will be using them again!
