I started this one of a kind journey from the moment I got in touch with a VeraClinic representative who gave me all the information I needed based on my situation I had before the intervention. The consultant explained me with a lot of details all the steps I will take during the 4 days stay in Istanbul. She was very polite with a lot of care of my needs and that increased my confidence to go for the hair transplant intervention with VeraClinic.

In Istanbul it was so much better than I expected! I met a very professional team with a lot of experience and very careful with my needs. More than that, they were very polite, friendly and happy to assist me in every step of the process. Every step of the procedure was carefuly explained before and executed with so much attention. From the moment the hairline was drawn to the moment of the first wash, every single person from VeraClinic team I got in contact with, proved professionalism and kindness.

On top of that, once I arrived home, I was pleasantly surprised to be contacted by VeraClinic aftercare assistant who gave me a lot of useful information about the treatment that I will use on the days / weeks / months after the intervention.

The Vera Clinic is the best of the best! From start to finish they bring nothing but maxim professionalism and ease to the entire process of the procedure. The doctors and the staff give there 100% to all there clients and it shows every time you ask a question on WhatsApp to the minute you walk into their beautiful state of the art facility. On the day of surgery you feel nothing but ease, instead of nerves, as they guide you step by step in the process. After surgery they are there with you every step of the way even if you come from a far they are always checking up on you. My results so far are nothing but amazing and if you are looking to get a hair transplant don’t look any further, Vera Clinic is where you should go!

In my hair transplant journey, it took almost three years to finally reach Turkey. During that time, I communicated with Vera Clinic frequently. They always asked about my plans and when I would be coming. The communication with the clinic was very clear—they didn’t hide anything. The process, recovery details, and package options were thoroughly discussed with me. Based on my experience, I believe Vera Clinic is the best place for a hair transplant. It’s will always be a worry, when you head off to another country for a procedure. Well, thankfully I booked Vera Clinic in Istanbul. Any anticipation was calmed even before my flight, due to the knowledge and advice from the clinic. On Arrival, I knew I was going to be in good hands. Warm and friendly reception plus a very insightful and honest consultation. Still happy..
The procedure was very well handled and I felt like I was receiving brilliant care and treatment. Clean, Sterile and professional beyond my expectations. Still happy.
The aftercare was quite low key, due to it being a weekend but I still felt like I was being very well looked after. Still Happy.
Once returning back to the UK, the care and advice continued with regular check-ins via messenger. There is a journey that you must be fully prepared to go one. This includes some uncomfortable sleeping, hair care, shedding and patience. Vera is clinic there, all the time and advice is good and reassuring. Still Happy.
Looking back now (10 months in). I’m not happy… I’m over the moon! Absolutely great results and I’m delighted. I recommended the whole process but even more than that, I recommend Vera Clinic so highly.
