I reported a desired provider and this worked out very well. My desired provider was now included, during the process I was always kept up to date by a friendly employee. The use of the voucher has also always worked smoothly so far. The only drawback: there could be more providers to choose from. (But for that you can report the desired provider :-) )

The offer for the prevention voucher is completely insufficient.
It is not comprehensible that obtained vouchers expire at the end of the year. Thus, the voucher received on 01.12. of the year already expires on 31.12. and is therefore valid for a whole 30 days!!! This is probably even illegal, since vouchers must also have a minimum period of validity.

Dear user of our proFIT vouchers,
we understand your displeasure, unfortunately there is not much we can do about it. The prevention vouchers selected by your employer are subject to prescribed regulations (according to § 20 para. 2 p. 1 SGB V) and are always only valid for one calendar year, regardless of when you register on the portal. On the other hand, the employer subsidy is tax- and social security-free for you. The good news is that you will receive new credits or vouchers directly in January and will then have the full 12 months to choose an offer. It all sounds complicated, but actually it is not. Please contact us and we will help you find an attractive offer for 2022. In addition, we can talk to your employer to see if it is possible to switch to our non-monetary vouchers, here the vouchers are valid for much longer and the offer is far greater.
