Unfortunately, at the airport, my suitcase was missing on my most recent trip to Malé. I went straight to the Etihad Airways Malé Office to file a complaint in order to get the problem resolved. I quickly received assistance from the staff in starting a search for my misplaced bags, and they continued to give me updates and support as needed.
