Very professional, on both ends of a ransomware attack. Great people, they work quick to recover. They have a "success" fee when it comes to negotiation, I feel this fee needs to be more visible. I'm happy to pay it, as I'd rather give my money to people helping me, than to hand it over to the ones who put me in this situation.

Top communication and service. As a medium-sized company, our backs were against the wall. Our servers were rendered unusable by hackers and the only way left was to negotiate and pay a ransom. Here we felt right from the first second!
