Connectwise Manage is an excellent PSA tool. It would allow the techs and clients to easily communicate and have all the information saved within the tickets. This feature also made it easy to track the time techs spent on tickets and quickly identify repeat issues due to the integration with Solarwins N-Able, our RMM tool.
The calendars within Manage were also great. They allowed us to identify where the techs were in the event we needed to reroute them to an emergency.
Connectwise Manage also made billing a breeze. The integration with some of our vendors as well as Quickbooks made billing our customers second nature. Having the bills come from one provider rather than countelss different vendors really made reviewes quotes, bills and budgets significantly easier for our clients as well as our staff.
