Before I turned to Ramona, I had already spent almost six months trying to cope with the loss of my star child on my own and completely alone. I couldn't and didn't want to talk to anyone about it because I had the feeling that no one understood me anyway and that no one around me could even begin to empathize with how I felt. However, when I could no longer recognize myself because the grief had changed me more than I could have imagined, I turned to Ramona for help.
Thanks to her empathic, loving and yet direct manner, I immediately felt at ease and was able to open up and confide in a person who had previously been a stranger, despite this personal issue.
With her exercises and methods, she helped me so much to overcome this difficult time. It was never about forgetting everything that was very important to me, it was more about coming to terms with everything. Now I can think positively about my little one and talk about it openly without bursting into tears. It is now a part of me that has made me stronger.
During our sessions, Ramona always adapted individually to the most difficult everyday situation for me at the moment.

When I met Ramona Zembrod, I was very unhappy with my life. Through the sessions with Ramona, I got to know myself better, became more self-confident, happier and freer.

Before starting the sessions, I was emotionally attached to my mother and was unable to take my own steps without feeling guilty towards my mother. I also had no self-esteem and was unable to speak my mind. Through the intensive exercises with Ramona, her tips and tricks, I was able to improve my emotional dependency and now have a better and healthier relationship with my mother. I can stand up for my opinion, try to act on impulse whenever I can and take time for myself and my feelings in everyday life.
I look forward to every session because they help me move forward step by step and Ramona makes you feel good with her honest, loving and appreciative approach. She has a suitable exercise for every situation and feeling, which is easy to implement in everyday life and makes me feel better.

I am more than grateful that Ramona supports me, that I feel taken seriously with every issue and that I know she only wants the best for me.

I started my journey with Ramona because I felt emotion, but not with the intensity I wanted and therefore couldn't find my passion. I had no grief or trauma to deal with, but negative feelings and crying were terrible for me and I suppressed them whenever possible. Through Ramona's unique method of processing feelings, however, I have learned that I can and am allowed to process and accept all feelings. By processing old situations and feelings, I have become more emotional and feel more connected to myself. The method also helps me to acknowledge and localize negative emotions in everyday life and then let them go lovingly. When I was standing at the train station one morning and had to cry because of a podcast episode that really touched and inspired me, I knew that I was on the right path and that the method was working.
I immediately felt very comfortable with Ramona and had the feeling that we had known each other for years. Ramona is full of life energy, very empathetic, authentic and loves what she does, which was noticeable in every session. She was able to give me an incredible amount of valuable input and helped me to gain a new perspective on certain things. I can only recommend Ramona with all my heart and hope that you will also take the plunge and entrust yourself to her!

I met Ramona about 7 months after the death of my dad and other losses. The pain was deep. I was lost and everything felt gray and exhausting. Ramona showed me a way out of this painful state. The exercises she gave me helped me out of it in a very short time, about 3 months. By doing specific exercises at home, the pain of grief is almost gone. What remains are fond memories, gratitude and lightness. I also learned from her how to process my feelings. Ramona is direct, honest, trusting and loving. I feel understood by her. Ramona offers something so valuable that you can only be grateful for. Even 1 year later, we still keep in touch, which is extremely important to me. Ramona takes the time for a quick chat, a message or feedback. She never forgets and still has valuable tips for me today. I carry her in my heart because she is a wonderful person in my life.
