I can not answer many of these questions above, as I use this on the site side of the project, but have found everyone I have dealt with to be very personable, helpful and courteous. The system is easy to use and intuitive.

We have been working with Raylytic for more than a year now, building a database for 2 retrospective studies and running quantitative and qualitative measurements analysis for the uploaded radiographic images needed for the same studies . As the CDM of the project i have been working very closely with Mariana , Marcel and Frank.The whole team has not only showed excellence in the whole aspect of helping designing the eCRF, implementing and training how to navigate the database, providing the necessary documents, fixing any issues that we might have but went above and beyond on helping us achieve our short and long time goals. Working with Raylytic is honestly fantastic, not only they showed a high excellence professionalism, highly knowledgeable on how to run clinical retrospective studies but also the flexibility and the patience to help in anyway they could to achieve our targets. I would highly recommend them for any projects you might have, and enjoy working with them . I have been working with Raylytic since 2016. In our ongoing trial we faced some product-related issues, we had to stop enrolling patients and resume 10 months later. The guys at Raylytic developed a new image analysis method just for our needs, which gave us invaluable insight into the in-vivo behavior of or product. Having worked with CROs and Imaging Core Labs of bigger size, I can hardly express how much I appreciate their flexibility and passion for perfection.
