Restart Career surprised me positively in every way. For me, it's not a traditional outplacement company, because what really counts here is the person. You get individual support on so many different levels. The community and the mutual exchange help and support you immensely during this phase. The same goes for the weekly appointments with the guide. The platform itself offers a lot of additional support on all important topics. I would use it again anytime.

Restart Career came at just the right time for me. RC supported me with excellent coaches, tests, and training as I reviewed my previous position and reoriented myself. The result can be anything from a new job to an interim position to starting your own business. In my experience, this is the perfect shortcut to getting back into the workforce quickly.

During my reorientation period, the constant support was a great help to me.

My guide Simone supported me a lot from the start, providing individualized, needs-based assistance. I learned a lot from her and benefited greatly from her tips.

Restart Career helps all participants who need support in their search for a new job, who want or need to reorient themselves. People who feel lost, lonely and no longer wanted by the world of work. All the coaches and the workshops are professional, absolutely trustworthy, empathetic, individual and personal. I really enjoyed attending the open sessions. It was nice and healing to hear that everyone else feels the same way and that you are not alone. I can only warmly recommend her!

I found out about Restart Career from a former colleague and thought, if my old employer is already paying, I'll just take it. It was the best thing I could have done. The step-by-step articles on the platform, the webinars and the Community Café were very helpful, especially at the beginning. But above all, the exchange with the various coaches on CVs, LinkedIn profiles, case studies for job interviews etc. was worth its weight in gold. I would like to thank Ulrike Bentlage and Filiz Düzenli for their many suggestions, tips and help with both professional and personal challenges. Special thanks go to my coach Hanna Ruddies, you enriched Restart Career and I am grateful that we were able to work, laugh and cry together and that I was allowed to "be".
I am looking forward to the new beginning and now have a network of supporters should I need help with orientation again.

Restart Career was an anchor for me during the challenging job search period and was a real help and enrichment in many ways. The first phases of the program were particularly helpful - without it, for example, I would not have invested so much time in reflection. In hindsight, it was time well spent. The webinars, e.g. "Becoming visible on LinkedIn" or "ChatGTP as a helper in the application process" were also really good and up to date. However, I derived the greatest personal benefit from the coaching - I will miss that.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone involved once again for this great program!

The New Placement Program from Restart Career
The milestones/phases are very well structured and guide you through the various situations and questions.
In addition, you get a lot of practical support for a few points, including a voucher from the great photo studio provider Studioline for application photos or CV templates with a CV check and much more.
My coach Hanna Ruddies helped me a lot to recognize my path (perspective & center) and to discover new possibilities with her warm-hearted, appreciative manner and questions
The Community Café, which she runs, with great exercises and exchanges with others, also ensured that I danced to Singin' in the Rain & making my life more colorful.
This is also how I came to the Founders' Café after my orientation phase.
The exchange about founding a company with others who also had questions,
was very helpful for me in the start-up phase.
Dr. Sabrina Zeplin's interactive presentations on start-up topics were also very helpful for me
I was encouraged by the topics of sales and money.
It is often precisely these encounters that clarify my view and give me new inspiration.
