I am someone who values efficiency and professionalism and Robert Stone has largely lived up to these expectations. Their assistance with my real estate purchase in Batumi was very satisfactory, although there was one minor inconvenience, the later completion of the construction (postponement from December '23 to June '24).

Recommendation
As a cautious customer, I was initially skeptical about the idea of working with a company abroad. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and commitment shown. Although there were some challenges, my wishes were taken into account and I was helped with my project. However, I would have liked closer, closer support with the processes such as notarization and the like, then it would have been 5 stars.

I had a feeling that buying a property abroad was going to be a nightmare, but the team helped to simplify the process. Patient, explanatory and always ready with an answer, even if the questions were perhaps a little silly. Now I have a beautiful apartment in the center of Batumi and am looking forward to my next vacation.

Due to the political situation in Germany, I have been looking for a new place to live for several years and have been on vacation in Batumi several times. Once I was there, I asked around to find out if and who could help me emigrate and ended up at Robert Stone. The team took care of everything, from deregistration in Germany to setting up my tax number in Georgia. I am grateful to have found someone to answer all my questions and I am still in contact.
