Sean has the ability to absorb information quickly and extract the pertinent points. He is skilled at seeing the 'big picture' and can guide discussion towards clients finding their own solutions. He has helped me in this area on a number of occasions over the past 4 years.

Sean took time to answer our questions, give us personal examples and model everything he was teaching. He encouraged us as we started learning how to coach and gave us lots of opportunities to practice. His simpler funnel picture/ method was incredibly helpful in understanding the concepts.
