Dear Melina and to whom it may concern,
I was tremendously benefitted by our session. You listened totally and brought up points I had not considered that opened up a path to express what was really between the lines and in my heart when I chose the song. Because the piece was a song and not the usual monologue or scene, there was a catch to steer away from the sweetness of the song and get to the truth underneath. When I did the piece in class, I decided to perform it in the bomb shelter wearing a robe, the place and the costume brought out even more of the bittersweetness of the song, and I cried through the piece. Thanks to the work that we did, I could access that sadness, having had to hold the family together and be the strong one for them. I have ONLY kind and true words for the help that you benefitted me with. Truly whoever works with you will be graced with your expertise and laser vision to hone into what an actor wants to express, through the scene. May you and all who work with you be blessed with continuous growth and prosperity.
