The Main Company has been creating very individual bespoke kitchens that are full of personality and unique style since the seventies; complemented by a vast range of standard and special furniture designs and engineered and reclaimed flooring,... the family run company is recognized for its inspirational jobs and products. Incorporating both traditional and modern designs, each and every job is handmade by The Main Company's master craftsmen in its North Yorkshire workshops, making use of a variety of authentic materials to create a genuinely bespoke look.

Previously called The Main Pine Company, located in an idyllic part of rural North Yorkshire, the 20,000 square foot showroom and workshops were developed in 1978 by Karan and Chris Main and have actually expanded from strength to strength over the past 40 years. Joined by sons Alex and Tom in 2004, the family business is bursting with understanding and ideas, built up from the vast experience gained from trading within the national and international markets and its justifiable reputation for quality in genuinely bespoke designs.

As one of the largest suppliers of reclaimed timber in the UK, the majority of wood made use of by The Main Company is over 100 years of ages in order to create a genuinely bespoke kitchen that exudes personality from years of authentic wear. Offering reclaimed flooring, hand aged flooring, bespoke wooden flooring and wood cladding to the business and requirements markets, The Main Company has a well established reputation for providing unique materials for special, one-off tasks.

From clean oak, character oak, traditional reclaimed pine, rustic pine, maple and cherry, the bespoke kitchen company offers a vast array of finishes to complement various living environments and personal design.
