Distribute agenda with dates in advance, collection of slides should be distributed at the beginning so that notes can be taken directly on the slides. Reduce the number of case studies in the second part; if necessary, play through a specific case together over the entire phases.

From start to finish, the quality of the content and Ursula's delivery were top-notch. The course is well-structured, practical, and full of real-world examples that make complex negotiation strategies easy to understand and apply.
