I recently had my hair transplant done at Vera Clinic in Istanbul using the FUE method, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience.

From the beginning, the communication was excellent. The team was incredibly responsive and answered all of my questions thoroughly before and after the procedure. On the day of surgery, everything was handled with great professionalism. The procedure itself was completely painless, and the medical staff consistently checked in to ensure I was comfortable and didn’t need anything.

One of the best parts of the experience was how seamless the package was. The transportation and hotel accommodations included in the package were well-organized and stress-free—everything went smoothly from start to finish.

Post-surgery care was just as impressive. The clinic continued to follow up with me, providing support and guidance every step of the way. They answered all of my concerns promptly and clearly.

It’s now been two weeks since my surgery, and I’m already so happy with the results. My new hairline looks fantastic, and although I know some shock loss is expected in the coming weeks, I feel confident that the final outcome will be outstanding.

Everything from the arrival to Istanbul and leaving it a few days later was done with personal kind approach and pinpoint accuracy. The team from the start on the conversation on WhatsUpp and then the whole team in the clinic is showing great supportive attitude towards you and throughout the whole process are always there for you to help you. And when everything is over with the procedure and you leave, you receive detailed instructions what to expect, how to take care of your newly transplanted hair and even if you are not sure about something you can always write to them and receive the support that you need. The hotel that is offered by the clinic for you to have your stay there “Elite World Asia” is amazing and everything from the room to food and attention from the hotel staff is on 5/5.

I received around 3700 grafts on my templates which had been receiding heavily since I was 19 years old.

I chose Vera after reading numerous positive
rewiews and experiences of the clinic, patient care, results, and the most of all QUALITY. The skilfull doctors and staff played a huge role when selecting the clinic.

After receiving first consultation remotely, I knew I was in good hands and made the right choice. The assigned person from the Clinic kept contact with me until the eve of the operation date and was very helpful with any questions.

Operation took around 8 hours in totall with few short breaks included but time really fly and I was really taken care of from the start to finnish.

Operation went smoothly and then I stayed few more days in Turkey in a very nice hotel about 15min drive from clinic, which was provided by the clinic and included in the package.

Each post op day included visits to clinic for follow up checks so where the clinic provided all the instructions and necessary lotions and medicines to start the recovery and healing process.

On third post op day, I was taken back to airport by the driver assingned by Vera and was ready to fly back home.

Overall: Experience was very nice and all went as promised. Have zero regrets for selecting the clinic and would go again anytime if need to.

I recently had a hair transplant operation at Vera Clinic and I was pleasantly impressed by their service from start to finish. The consultant I was communicating with was Asli and she answered all my questions before the procedure and made sure everything was set up for my arrival, which made the whole process so much easier. The clinic handled all my transportation, from the airport to the hotel and back, so I didn’t have to worry about any of that.

On my second day I went to the clinic, I was honestly impressed by how modern and well-equipped it was. They started by checking my donor area, which reassured me that they were being careful to preserve the donor. My consultation with the doctor went smoothly, and I was happy with the hairline design and the overall plan.

During the procedure, the translation team stayed with me the entire time, making sure I understood everything, which was really helpful since not everyone spoke English. The surgical team was very professional, and they made sure I was comfortable throughout. The surgeon handled the incisions, and the technicians did the implantation. Although the initial anesthesia shots were a little painful the rest of the procedure was pain free.

The next day, I went back for oxygen therapy and my first hair wash were they walked me through how to wash my hair for the next 10 days and how to remove the scabs on the 11th, which was really helpful. Even after I got home, the clinic kept in touch through WhatsApp. Lea checked in on me at Day 7, Day 11, and Day 30 to make sure everything was healing properly. Anytime I had a question, she responded quickly, which I really appreciated.

Overall, everything was smooth, and the aftercare has been great. Now I’m just excited to see the results and hoping they turn out as good as the service!

I’m one month post FUE and my experience with Vera has been fantastic so far. Nilay the medical consultant was a consummate professional, endlessly helpful and provided all of the necessary information leading up to my visit to Turkey.

Everyone at the clinic was lovely and the procedure went smoothly. I had 5000 grafts done, between my hairline and crown. Currently 1 month post procedure. Lea and the after-care team have been attentively chaperoning me through the recovery process and honestly I don’t feel the distance between here (Australia) and Turkey. I’m really happy with my decision so far to go with Vera and look forward to the rest of my recovery and hair growth journey

It was great from beginning to an end

It’s been 10 days since my transplant. So far the recovery has been going well. When I did have any follow up questions or concerns Mervee was there to help. I appreciate all of the follow up care they provide. The procedure was painless and went by fast. I opted for sedation. I recommend that to anyone. I didn’t get the swelling usually associated with local anesthesia. The clinic was new annd the staff very professional Almost employees spoke English so the language barrier was not an issue me. .I’ll let you know months. How happy I am when I see the results . The young female doctor who assessed me for hair transplant needs to improve her attitude. Was not welcoming, did not smile, things seemed too much trouble and I was not impressed with her attitude at all. Very upsetting.

The customer service from Lea and Adam throughout the process and afterwards were amazing. They really seem to care about their patient’s results and experience. Very impressed with the whole experience and hope the results will be as good as the service. Vera clinic exceeded all my expectations for level of service and professionalism.
